Dr. Theodora Twongyirwe Mondo is an accomplished academic and industrial engineer with over 15 years of postgraduate experience in academia, research, corporate governance, and strategic management. She holds a PhD in Computing from Mbarara University of Science and Technology, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham (UK), and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Leeds (UK).

Dr. Theodora is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at Mbarara University of Science and Technology and currently serves as a Director on the Boards of the National Information Technology Authority-Uganda (NITA-U), Uganda Women Entrepreneurship Association Ltd, Uganda Manufacturers Association, and Kampala International University Council. She previously served on the Boards of the Uganda Revenue Authority, the Mbarara University Retirement Benefits Scheme, and the Research and Education Network of Uganda (RENU).
